Gabe Vega is a programmer, just like many of us, but there’s one minor
difference. He’s blind.

Ever wonder what the web would be like if you couldn’t navigate it by
sight? That’s just what we’re going to experience at the next refresh
phoenix meeting. Gabe will be showcasing the tools he uses on a daily
basis to not only to navigate the web but to program for it. We’re
going to have a first hand look into the usability experience of the
blind, find out how they manage through difficulties and issues, and
learn how we can integrate better techniques into our every day work
to make our sites more accessible.

Just making the blog look more spiffy. added social book marks, atempting to add some contact forms and other great stuff like that. Thinking about even transitioning to another podcasting plugin for the blog for better management of the podcast but that will take some time and potentially might interrupt podcast serving for a bit. so if this happens, “We know”. that is why we are writing this post.

We have a couple of things we want to demo on our next podcast, MobileSpeak for use on multiple platforms is one, and an interview by recent switcher from windows to mac. or if we get a wired hair on our heads we just might provide both pieces of content in one show. stay tuned its coming.
