You have 7 days to return an item after delivery is confirmed by shipping company. No other refunds given beyond in store credit and no exceptions will be made to this policy. After the 7 day period the customer has agreed that the product is in satisfactory condition and agrees to under no situation atempt to return the product. All items are garenteed to not be DOA and in case a product is defectie will be replaced proptly with same item. Pending a full review of the returned item for damage to the unit potentially caused by the customer.
